Cordelia Boise — Co-Founder
Cordelia is Head of Human Resources of MarketAxess
Holdings Inc., a global financial services company that operates a leading electronic
trading platform for institutional trading of fixed-income products. Prior to joining
MarketAxess, Cordelia held senior Human Resource positions at BrokerTec USA, Bondbook Holdings,
and Arrow Electronics. She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank (now JPMorgan Chase)
in various business and Human Resources roles. Cordelia graduated cum laude with a B.A.
in Psychology from Lehigh University and holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management
from New York University.
Cordelia currently serves as Secretary for the Board of
Directors of NOVA Hope for Haiti. She has been a long-time volunteer at The Doe Fund where she
tutors Language Arts and Writing in preparation for the TASC (GED) test. She has also provided
career counseling services to participants of Grace Institute and run group-oriented career
workshops for the New York Urban League.
Jean Sheng — Co-Founder
Jean is President of Panyork Group, Inc., a N.J. based
real estate firm engaged in the acquisition and management of multi-family properties. Prior
to this, Jean spent over twenty-five years in global human resource leadership positions with
ExxonMobil, JPMorgan Chase, Scholastic, and Arrow Electronics. Jean holds a B.A. in Psychology
from Cornell University where she graduated with honors and a M.A. in Consulting Psychology
from Harvard University. She has completed all academic requirements for the Certified
Financial Planner (CFP) certification from Boston University.
Jean is a member of Columbia University's Board of
Advisors for the Dept of Ophthalmology and has been an active volunteer for the Cornell Asian
American Alumni Association for many years. She has also provided extensive individual career
counseling services to participants of Grace Institute and run group-oriented career workshops
for the New York Urban League.
